Neurologically Focused Chiropractic Adjustments

Dr. Kate is one of the only chiropractors in Wisconsin who is also a certified International Board Certified Lactation Consultant. That means breastfeeding support is woven directly into the care we provide for nursing moms and newborns. BIRTHFIT Coaching
As a certified BIRTHFIT Coach, Dr. Kate supports moms in preparing their bodies and minds for birth through intentional movement, nervous system care, and mindset work. BIRTHFIT coaching is available as part of your prenatal care at EFC.

Single Adjustment
$50 per visit

Care Plans
For patients beginning an active care plan, we offer discounted rates broken into equal monthly payments that span the length of your recommended care. Care plan details and investment are presented at your report of findings visit so you have everything you need to make a confident decision for your family.

Monthly Wellness Membership
Our wellness membership is available to patients who have completed an active care plan or who have no current complaints and are committed to maintaining their nervous system health long term. Wellness members receive further discounted adjustment rates, complimentary INSiGHT scans, and access to member only perks. A Note on Insurance
Essence Family Chiropractic is out of network with all insurance companies and does not bill insurance directly. We do provide superbills after every visit so you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. Reimbursement varies by plan and is not guaranteed.
